Gaffer owned. Filmlights NZ was established in Auckland, New Zealand by industry professional Thad Lawrence who has over 30 + years experience in Lighting for the Film & TV Industry. Thad started his career in the early 80's working across most departments and pretty quickly found Lighting. In the Early 90’s became a Gaffer on Peter Jackson’s “Brain Dead”.
